Scott Johnson was such a great realtor to work with. His team and him got our house sold within days and gave us the opportunity to purchase our new home sooner than what we expected. Scott was very knowledgeable and was on top of things making our sell and purchase smooth and fast.

Jill was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and always gave great advice. She did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. Her expertise in our market was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. We followed her recommendations in prepping our home for sale and our home sold in one week. I strongly recommend using Jill as a realtor.

Where do I begin... Shanelle, Shanelle, Shanelle! Our realtor (Shanelle Prince) must be an angel in disguise. We started the process of buying a home with very high hopes. Throughout the process there were so many twists and turns, not by fault of the JST at all. In fact, if it weren't for Shanelle, Jill and team, we probably would have pulled out of the process. When Shanelle stated from the very beginning that she would be there for us, she told no lies. She constantly reassured us that we would achieve our first home and here we are moving in. Our dream came to life and we owe a HUGE amount of that gratitude to the JST. Thank you all so much! You're part of our family now. ??

Holly is the best, I couldn't thank her enough for all of her support. Buying a home can be an emotional roller coaster, it was nice having someone that genuinely cared. We love our home and are confident we would not choose anyone else if needed again. :)

The home we sold was part of an estate, and I was the executor. I wanted a realtor that was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. The reviews I looked at and read through were terrific. I also noticed the promptness at our first meeting. I noticed how prepared Jill was with information on how her company works and the thorough communication between her team and herself on all clients they have. She was also direct and honest about what needed to get done before putting the house on the market. Most importantly she always closed the loop on questions right away, every time, including everyone on her team. I never felt like they were not on top of everything. It gave me peace of mind while dealing with other things that the situation was being handled well, and made me realize I made the right choice. My advice is to choose Jill and her team for buying or selling any home. They take care of you every step of the way. We plan to stay with her and her team for any future plans and will always recommend them to all others who may need a realtor as well.
