I have had the pleasure of knowing Jody and her family for many many years. Her personality, expertise and awareness of the market made the experience of selling my dad's home so easy. He was initially very sad to sell his home of over 25 years, but Jody's calm and easygoing personality made him feel better and comfortable. Her staging of the home was very impressive, and her communication was top notch. I would highly recommend Jody's assistance in selling a home. The buyer's agent, Tracy Sonner, was also very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable as well. Thank you both.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Jody. We partnered with Jody to both buy and sell. Buy first, sell second. This is our second home purchase, so after our first home purchase experience, I knew what I wanted in a realtor. I had initially wanted to interview 3-4 realtors, but after our first meeting with Jody, I was blown away. I didn’t bother to schedule anything else. Jody was incredibly professional and prepared during our introductory meeting. She provided key information such as her background, key comparators, what she thought the value of our home was (and more critically, why), and how she would market our home. Again, I as instantly sold. As we looked for a home to purchase, Jody’s no pressure approach let us experience the homes through our own lens. With that said, as we toured, she would point out pros and cons. It was really helpful because there were things I hadn’t considered. Jody also high availability, which meant when a house came on the market, we were able to be one of the first individuals to see the home. When we got to the offer stage, Jody’s deep relationships, knowledge of the local market, and data base approach helped us make competitive offers. She also knew how to partner effectively with the other agent to understand THEIR client’s priorities, which again helped us make the right offer. In retrospect, buying a home is the easier part :) When it was time to sell our home, Jody did a couple of walk throughs to provide feedback. She had a stager come in and a professional take pictures. Her marketing and listing strategy was based on the current market… which worked really well. If you want a professional realtor who has deep experience and can provide wise council, look no further - Jody is the one!

Jody was amazing!! We had a tight deadline and even with the crazy market she put us at ease and let us know she will find us the perfect place, and she did! She helped us build a enticing offer and we closed in less than a month with no road bumps or obstacles. Jody made the whole process so easy and transparent. Thank you again!

I've known Jody for a long time, and when it was time to list our house we knew she was the one to call. She guided us through every step of the process, from house update suggestions pre-listing to the day of closing. Jody responded to all my questions promptly, and made to go over everything we needed to know and do as a seller. I highly recommend Jody!

Jody is a pleasure to work with. Her market knowledge and expertise in the field makes her a great agent. Her advices and realistic/practical approaches to buy/sell a house are great assets to ensure the client is satisfied and end up getting what they want. I would highly recommend her.
