Joe and I have been colleagues and friends for several years. When I needed a responsible tenant for a large commercial property, I met with Joe. We recently worked with Joe McNally over the course of 1 ½ years to sell a number of properties that belonged to a family member who was no longer able to care for themself. The goal was to maximize the dollars received to provide for long-term care. It was a balance between knowing what things were necessary to be performed and those that were not to prepare the properties for sale to get the best prices. Joe was an excellent adviser to help us know what activities and work would be necessary to provide the greatest bang for the buck including, sorting through some complex issues associated with several of the properties, meeting us at the properties numerous times and walking them on his own when necessary. Once a property was ready to be listed his knowledge and research helped us determine the best listing prices to meet our goal yet move the properties quickly. During the sale process his great communication, helpful staff and outside contacts helped us meet contractual obligations for reasonable prices, while streamlining the pre-closing and closing processes. This was important as we did not live in the area where the properties were located. Those things you can expect from his agency are strong communication regardless of the time of day, quick response to inquiries, and strong knowledge of the local market. A very strong and knowledgeable team helps smooth bumps as they arise, does what it takes to meet your goals in selling a property whether vacant land or a home and the ability to navigate complex and sometimes touchy matters. I am typical skeptical of any survey that says all areas are 5 star. BUT in this instance it is true. Joe and his Team excel in each area, promptness, sensitivity, command of individual situations, real estate nuances, and above LISTENING!!! They work very well together each member knows what to do and that ALL stems from wonderful leadership. He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed on a very tense sale.
