If you want a realtor who is honest, intelligent, hard-working, knowledgeable and communicates quickly and clearly, hire John Anderson. I’m a retired real estate broker who has a very short list of real estate professionals I would hire to represent me. John is at the top of the list. His experience and knowledge of the Eastern Upper Peninsula is impressive. We worked with him as a buyer’s agent in the communities of Cedarville, Hessel, Detour Village, Neebish Island, Goetzville, Sault Ste. Marie and other areas we were interested in. I wouldn’t hesitate to list a property with John as well. John has an excellent working knowledge of homes, commercial properties, land and the complexities of wells, septic, soil types, buildings, real estate contracts -- all the details a topnotch real estate professional needs to know. Mr. Anderson was wonderful to work with and made my first time buying experience extremely easy! He had a great feel for what type of house I needed! John was very patient and knowledgeable with every question I had.

If you want an PROFESSIONAL, that is honest, trustworthy, responsive and willing to go the extra mile call JOHN. After calling and leaving SEVERAL messages for others with no response I called John. He was RESPONSIVE, kind and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! We live out of state and he did everything he could to work around our schedules. He was very productive and highly ethical. "IF" you want someone that knows the area, is a champion for his clients LOOK NO FURTHER JOHN ANDERSON IS THE BEST REALATOR IN THE AREA if not around the world. We were a military family (VETERANS THIS IS YOUR GUY) and have worked with people in Chicago, Boston and the west coast. We have had some realtors that were not knowledgeable, considerate, or ethical. BUT John is all these and more! When others didn't answer or return calls after days we reached out to John. May have been one of our best decisions. I did not experience this with John, he delivered professionalism and exceptional customer service. His text were almost immediate, his email generally returned within an hour and phone calls either instantly picked up or as soon as possible. When we had difficult getting a survey done because of so many jobs needing to be completed he went to the mat for us and got someone. Otherwise we would have had to wait for another season. He did his homework, resourced well and found a person that could perform the necessary task in a timely and professional way. He even got rid of the hornet nest on the property to assist my husband that is allergic to stings. In closing this PROFESSIONAL is not only an exceptional realtor he is also a dedicated family man, that has excellent personal ethics and values.
