We highly recommend Tricia to anyone looking to buy or sell a property! She was very helpful when we purchased our home and again when we sold our home! She is very attentive and walked through every step with us with knowledge and professionalism. We are grateful for all she did for us!

To be quite candid - she is by far the least professionally helpful and most personally challenging agent we've ever worked with. We actually have several grievances, but I will begin by providing a high level description of the feeling we've gotten from working with her: We do not believe that she protected our interests as buyers, and it has seemed on many occasions that she has focused (oddly) on making sure the seller and the seller's agent were happy, while disregarding / minimizing our requests. Upon contacting Tricia over the phone, she seemed polite and friendly. She requested that we sign an exclusivity agreement, and we did. We were in a rush to provide a house offer. From that moment on, her demeanor and attentiveness changed noticeably. Tricia seemed to be unaware about offering a house price that was competitive in the market, and we ended up in a position that put us at a disadvantage, having to deal with a competitive offer unnecessarily. We finally got the offer accepted, but when we reviewed it, it appeared that she had changed the terms of the contract, putting us at a disadvantage in negotiations. At every step of the way, she has been utterly unprofessional, inexperienced, unhelpful and rude. · She put pressure on us to finalize the contingency period and gave us a wrong, earlier deadline. When I corrected her about it, she said I was wrong. We double-checked with our lawyer, who confirmed that her "deadline" was in fact incorrect. We had a few more days to sign, but she was rushing us to lock the contract, due presumably, to the pressure from the seller's agent. She proved to be unskilled on how to manage and balance the seller's interests and buyer’s interests, even though she was working as a buyer’s agent. · She behaved unethically. She consistently worked on behalf of the seller's interests instead of our own. As we were getting close to closing, we found out through our lawyer that she was forwarding our communications directly to seller's agent, even scoffing at our concerns and requests. · At one point, when the bank's appraisal had been delayed due to the appraiser contracting COVID, instead of explaining the situation to the seller, she almost made us lose the deal, and created the false perception that the bank's delay was somehow our fault. The seller thought we were not serious about the property. However, the bank officer had explained to Tricia what had happened, but she didn't listen. Turns out, when the financial officer called her to inform her about the delay (because their initial appraiser had contracted COVID-19), she said she was busy with her second job (as an ED nurse, I believe). Without properly understanding our loan officer's information, she communicated the wrong information to the seller's agent. The bank officer had to step in and email the seller's agent directly (which is highly unusual) to get us back on track. He was appalled and confessed he had not dealt with someone so unprofessional as her, and had never had to email a seller's agent to ensure the deal didn't fall through the cracks. This is simply *not* his job. · She dismissed our concerns and requests by saying: "We just do things a little different here in Vermont." We are first time home buyers in VT, but we are not new to VT. We have six friends who live here full time, and own properties across the state. Every time we raised a concern or request she made as feel as if we were not entitled to raise them, or gaslighted us. · She's unprofessional, rude, and has unpolished and poor communication skills. Throughout our dealings with her, she mostly responded to our emails from her Iphone in an unprofessional and dismissive way; failed to listen to our requests, and was rude and unprofessional even to our bank's financial officer. At one point, she was talking over my husband on the phone, and I had to email her and ask that she please keep our communications professional and civil. I just have never had to do that with any colleague in my professional career, period. · We didn't feel we could trust her. Everything she has advised us to do, has backfired. Having her as an agent has been more work for us, more stressful, and completely unnecessary. We've had to double check anything she says, because she is often mistaken, or wrong.

Tricia was a true professional all the way through the house buying process. We were not local to the Upper Valley so she was able to provide us with valuable insight which we would not have otherwise had. Tricia was always friendly but at all times professional. She is very skilled in her field and that showed as she helped with our offer to the sellers. Tricia was also very willing to work with the issues posed by our remote distance as well as our busy schedule. As first-time homebuyers we could not have asked for more!

Very helpful and professional. Available to show us houses that worked with our crazy schedules. Provided excellent advice and helped us negotiate with a difficult seller. Great attitude and made the home buying process fun!

Tricia is a great realtor. My wife and I had many ideas of what our next house would look like and Tricia spent countless weekends showing us many different types of homes and always had the local info to help us make the best decision. Tricia is the fairest and honest realtor I have ever met.
