The decision to work with Kristin and John was the best one I made when it came to purchasing my home. I didn’t have a huge budget, pretty modest in fact, but from the moment I first contacted them they treated me like I was their number one priority. Our first meeting we sat down and talked through all the details and they were beyond engaged, helpful and insightful. Following our first meeting they answered every single email I sent them in a beyond timely manner and they fit every single meeting we had into my schedule. They were always willing to go look at a property as soon as possible if I found something I liked and they made the whole process of hunting for the perfect place fun. They were so in tune with what I was looking for that when a listing finally popped up that seemed too good to be true they moved like lightening, getting us into see it that same day. After walking in I knew it was the home I had been looking for, but there was a little catch, it was a city own HUD House meaning that it would be sold a blind bidding process. Just when I thought it was out of reach and I was feeling overwhelmed John and Kristin swooped in and saved the day; they got all of the information they could, talked me through what they thought would be a strong offer and why, filled out all of the paperwork for my bid and made sure it was turned in early. With their help I won the house and they didn’t stop there. They were at every inspection and meeting that there was between winning the bid and close, helping me to ask the right questions of all the parties involved and explaining all of the lingo and complicated paperwork. I learned so much and never once felt like I didn’t know exactly what was happening or I was on my own. When I couldn’t be present for a day of inspections with both the city and the bank they made sure they were there to represent me and get all of the important information and thoroughly updated me on everything. I cannot say enough how much they go above and beyond. While waiting for the close date we experience a bout of heavy rain and storms, they took it upon themselves to go over to the house and check the basement to make sure there were no leaks or damage. The way they treated me from beginning to end made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I cannot thank them enough for that or for helping me get the home of my dreams.

John and Kristen were great! They helped us sell our house in record time and they were right there to help us find a new home. They accommodated our schedules and they were always available to answer questions. They were very knowledgeable and really fun to work with!

I was very impressed from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and friendly. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and with the highest professionalism. I always felt like I was in good hands.

John and Kristin are great to work with! They were very flexible with our busy schedule, and very patient when we had to bring our 1 year old along. When looking at homes, they were able to bring up questions or ideas that we wouldn't have thought of on our own, which was great when looking at perspective homes. We went through several homes, and it was obvious that they took note of what we were looking for, and what our style was. They were able to find a number of great house for us to see that fit all of our "must haves" and more. I would highly recommend them!

John was the best. He and Kristin were very informative and went out of their way to be helpful in the sale of my house,and the subsequent buying of a different home. No question went unanswered. They are very knowledgeable and want the best outcome for their clients. I would use them again and highly recommend them as agents to anyone buying or selling a home.
