I don't want to bury the lead, so here's the most important thing to know from our experience with John as first-time home buyers. I know John represents buyers & sellers of homes that are much more expensive (and will make him a bigger commission) than the one he helped us buy. That said - we felt like his most important client from start to finish, which speaks VOLUMES to his character and how he treats people. John was incredible from the initial conversation we had with him, during the buying process, and even after closing. He and his team helped us understand each step of the buying process, answering every question we had along the way. He's a straight-shooter and will give you honest opinions on any potential issues with a home, which was important to us. He and his team were professional and worked quickly to help us get in the house we wanted. Would recommend John to my closest friends and family.

Our home search experience with Rich was very pleasant. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. We brought our 4 children along with us during our search, and he was incredibly patient and understanding having young children of his own. He was able to set up appts with short notice and had everything mapped out for us as we considered everywhere from Johns Island to West Ashley and Summerville. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!

Working with Erica was a fantastic experience all around! Erica was very patient with us as we changed our minds constantly about what we were looking for in a home. Erica brought valuable knowledge and connections within the industry. She provided us insight and advice that we would not have known as first time homebuyers. We cannot recommend working with Erica enough!

We have bought and sold several homes in our lifetime. I have to say out of all of the realtors, in varying states, John superceded all of them by far. He did so with kindness, listening, preparation, professionalism and dedication. Do not think twice about it.

Great Negotiator and Next Level Service! We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience! John and his team are the best in the business and have everything covered from start to finish. John negotiated a price well below asking and had our backs in getting necessary repairs covered by the seller. Many people talk about providing great service and working with integrity, but John truly lives it. Thanks John and the entire Southern Bell Living team!
