Upnest connected me to two realtors. One never even called me, the other, being John Kelly, contacted me the same day, hours after sending a request in. From the first convo he was professional and as effecient as ever, and as someone who works in the sales field, I knew this man had experience and knew what he was talking about. As a first time seller, I was absolutely shocked at how quick and easy this process was. He got a team of high quality photographers to take pictures of my home for listing that were absolutley stunning amd honestly is probably what sold some people the home. I mean, really high quality stuff. In a matter of 3-4 days we had multiple offers well over asking and his expert knowledge and advice on negotiation and the home selling process, got us much more than we expected and in almost less than a month the process was done.
