Justin was amazing! He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We thought that selling our house was going to be difficult, but he walked us through the entire process with ease. From getting our old house ready to sell, listing the house, hosting an open house, selling, and then buying our new house that was a perfect fit for us, Justin was there every step of the way. Can't recommend his services enough!!

I worked with Justin to sell and buy. He listed my place in October and we were under contract the following week with multiple offers on the table. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Justin also helped purchase my new home and made the process a breeze. His professionalism, knowledge & hard work ethics were very much appreciated. Anything we needed, he delivered for us! I highly recommend.

Justin went above a beyond on several of the purchases since we started working him him a year ago. The one that stood out the most was for my daughter and her finance home. He made sure that they understood the purchase process since it was their first home. I won't use anyone else; he the best.

Working with Justin was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When we first met at the property, he already had assessed the home and was offering useful and practical ideas for approaching the listing. It was clear to me that he was serious, experienced, and committed to helping me with the process. By the time we ended the first meeting, I had a clear understanding of my options, as well as a strategy that would work for selling the home quickly, and generating serious offers. In the end, we listed the home on a Friday, and by the following Monday we had over 40 showings, and 19 offers. From there, Justin helped me understand the nuances of each offer, in order for me to make the decision that was best for my situation. In between listing and sale, there were of course administrative matters to attend to - and with each one of those items, Justin and his office were very responsive and clear in their instructions to me to continue moving the process forward. My husband and I cannot thank Justin enough for all of his help. Justin made the process of buying our new home and selling our previous home so smooth. I was very anxious to prepare to sell our home so quickly but Justin guided us through this process with ease. He was always available and had the knowledge to answer any questions that I had. I have highly recommended Justin to others already and will continue to do so.
