They did an evaluation on my home and other sales in area. They explained their marketing strategies to me to expose my home in all markets. They did an open house every weekend except holidays or on my request. They also targeted clients that fit the profile for my neighborhood. During the contract phase, they explain everything and got proper documents to buyer. I had a stress-free sale. I would highly recommend.

Kathy Rainford and John Krol did a fantastic job in helping me sell my Moorings area condo. Their advice about the market, how to stage my property, the great photos and videos that reached internationally enabled my ultimate buyer to see my condo online and come to the first open house. Sold my property within days of listing at the price I wanted and shepherded the transaction from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, hardworking with integrity. Personal hands on - they do not delegate any aspect the transaction to less experienced agents or support people. Very knowledgeable about the Naples real estate market and what buyers want. Personable and energetic worked hard to get my property sold. Easy seamless transaction. Highly recommend.

John Krol and Kathy Rainford are terrific in every way. I have bought and sold more than 10 properties and by far this team is the best. Both are brokers and realtors with long-standing Naples experience and a strong international presence. They handled all aspects of the sale personally - no delegation to less experienced agents. Their professionalism, integrity, and work ethic are unmatched. Received great advice and support and their above and beyond efforts enabled me to get the property I wanted despite being in a bidding war with 10 other buyers who submitted bids.

Definitely experts in the area. I couldn't ask for better agents to help me in finding my home and negotiating the sale. By far the most professional agents I've encountered in Naples. John was exceptional in both navigating finding my home and the negotiations. He had ideas and strategies for every step and took the time to explain everything so that l understood exactly what my options were and what the pros and cons to the best choices for each step. When it came to negotiating the sale he was not only well versed in the relevant laws and standards, but went out of his way to make sure I understood the pros and cons to each of my choices. He truely went above and beyond what anyone would expect of a Realtor.
