John sold our parents home as prt of their wealth distribution when they passed away. His did a wonderful job of counseling our family of six kids on what needed to be done to get the best price with the least amount of work to refurbish our parents dated house. The home sold for more than expected because of his advice. John also had to coordinate distributing information to six siblings located in three time zones. When it was time to finalize the sale, he had to coordinate getting signatures fro all six of us in time to close on the house. Thanks John for making this event painless for us.

We needed a house in the hays area and John helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was always responded quickly to emails, text messages, and phone calls. He always answered our questions in a timely manner. He seemed to know the market well and had good info on what he thought houses would go for. He is very personable and listened to our needs. We highly recommend him to help you with your home purchase!!

John was excellent to work with during the selling of our house. He was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we would sell our home. We had a few bumps along the way and he was always a phone call away to help guide us through. I would recommend him to any one selling their home.

We had a difficult family and he handle himself very well. He was dealing with 6 different personalities and I know it was difficult for him especially if you knew the whole situation of this sell. I personally think he handled the situation extremely well. The house he helped us sell was our parents who past away, they would be very happy about the people who bought the house because they will bring young life to their house and both my parents would love that.
