We worked with John and his wife Pam over a number of years both to find our "forever home" and then ultimately to sell our starter home. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and our experience! He is the perfect balance of experience and knowledge but open minded and sensitive to the importance of us buying our first family home and attachment to selling our starter home. In short, John is a deal maker. He truly wants to see his clients buy and sell homes for long term happiness and is able to navigate the short-term emotions (and sometimes drama) that come with the process. He coached us through the negotiating process when we were on both sides of the table and provided direct guidance on when to be aggressive and when to stay conservative. Consistent through it all was his investment in our satisfaction and helping us to see the big picture. On buying a home: I didn't want to move again so our standards were pretty high. John was an incredible partner the entire time. He was patient and professional and never once made us feel badly about how many homes we asked to look at, or how many met most of our requirements but "just didn't feel right". He was 100% supportive of us being happy with the house but also with the price and circumstances. He quickly developed an eye for homes that he thought could be a good fit but never shied away from those we wanted to see that he knew likely weren't a good fit for us. (Amazingly he was right every time!) There were a couple of deals that fell through along the way and he supported us through our disappointment and got us refocused on the search. On selling a home: John had great advice on simple but effective changes to make before listing including but not limited to: how to take the listing pictures, walls to paint vs. clean and how to rearrange/de-clutter the home. He provided comprehensive comparisons and pricing guidance that took the unique aspects of our home into account. He took care of all of the paperwork and logistics. All we had to do was get out when a showing was scheduled and make decisions on which offer to accept, decline or counter. Easy peasy! Looking back on our real estate transactions with John, we learned a lot and have no regrets from either the buying or selling experiences. John and Pam are just incredible people whom we were so fortunate to have chosen to work with and even more so to continue to have in our lives. We've been in our family home for a couple of years now and we still reach out to them for recommendations or referrals. Their response is as prompt and warm as when we were working together. If that's not a sign of someone who's truly invested in their client's long term happiness, I don't know what is. Simply put - John and Pam are amazing!

John was very accommodating, professional and had our best interest in mind. He always made sure to keep us informed with all the information and explained everything in detail. He was great about getting back to us right away. He helped negotiate a great deal for our beautiful home!
