Nick and Cindy listed and sold my aunts home in Stratford in record time. The process was time consuming, but smooth with few glitches. The one glitch was the fault of aunties attorneys office, who failed to obtain probate court approval although it was written in the contract. I would happily use Nick and Cindy again.
