John has been extremely responsive to our needs. He quickly helped sell my mom’s townhome and worked with us through processing the transactions across states. He built relationships with local businesses and by connecting us with a great lawyer, helped take the stress out of trying to find our own. Highly recommend!

John is very professional . He looks professional does a professional job and is a professional realtor . He is a pleasure to work with . It was a very difficult sale since it was an estate sale involved many people but he was very patient and kind caring went out of his way .

What a terrible experience !!! I would not recommend this agent to anyone who has self respect for themselves. Terrible customer skills, terrible dress code and presentation, terrible attitude, nothing was pleasant about my experience and as matter a fact I left the appointment without even looking at the house and I end up purchasing the house with another agent. Will not recommend !!!

My experience with John Valdez was excellent I purchase my first home/condo a year and a half ago and John Valdez was referred to me by a friend he was excellent and very helpful from the time I started looking until I purchase my home/condo.I will always referr John Valdez to anyone looking to buy a home He is very informative and he will also give you good advice and he is the best Real Estate agent for first time home buyers because we don't have the experience but he does I will use him again!!
