I have bought and sold many homes in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Carolina over the past several years and I can honestly say that my experience working with Jordan Hinkle is the best one yet. Jordan is very down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty for our out-of-town/out-of-state/multi-seller home sale. (He even shoveled the sidewalk before a showing.) Jordan is a positive, can-do person who will get the job done. I highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying in the Wadena area.

Jordan Hinkle was awesome to work with and highly recommended him and also Hinkle Realty to everyone. He was willing to show us any home we were interested in viewing and learned everything he could about the property prior to the showing. If we had a question he didn't know the answer to, he was quick to get us the information afterwards. Due to his extensive knowledge of the available properties, and also of ones that were soon to be listed, he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. We had a long list of what we wanted & needed for our family and he was more than successful in finding just the right property. Jordan was great about keeping us informed & advising us throughout the entire process from making an offer to closing. We couldn't be more happy with our experience and look forward to working with him to sell our previous home.

As first time home buyers Jordan made the process educational and fun! He is an honest, trustworthy guy with great communication skills making for a positive experience. I would highly recommend Jordan and Hinkle realty!

We hired Jordan to sell my parent's home after we moved them out of town into Assisted Living. Neither my sister or I lived in the area anymore, so we needed to rely on a realtor that we could trust and to get the job done. We had initially hired someone else and were very disappointed with the lack of communication, etc. When our contract expired with the first realtor, we decided to give Hinkle's a try. Jordan was very honest, personable and helpful. There were a few bumps along the way, none of which had anything to do with Jordan. He kept in touch with us every step of the way and offered advice and helpful suggestions I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wadena area.

When we needed a Realtor to list our property our #1 goal was to find a Realtor with great communication. With Jordan he exceeded our expectations. He was very prompt and responsive with phone calls, text messages and emails. He kept in constant communication with us every step of the way and always let us know what was happening and was checking in with us. Not only did Jordan have excellent communication but he is open, honest and caring with his clients. If you are looking for a Realtor (and more importantly an ethical, morale, honest and overall good person) to help you navigate the difficulties of selling a house we highly recommend Jordan. A+!
