Joe was a fantastic professional throughout our selling process. His knowledge and experience in the Cheswolde area is completely unmatched. He was very responsive and always on top of things, but is not overbearing. His style is more of the quiet, experienced professional, rather than being bombastic, arrogant, or showy. He knows the market and all the local players, and works quietly but diligently in engaging with other agents and parties. Most importantly he is honest and direct--a complete straight shooter. He isn't afraid to tell you the truth, even if it's a bit unpleasant, when others might want to hide you from bad news. And when he is not sure about something, he will let you know and give you his best judgement of your options, and let you as the principal make the decision. We always felt well-advised and in control of our situation even when it could get complicated, and that is in large part due to Joe's quiet and steady hand. I wish I could give six stars!

Aliza is a highly talented and patient agent. She knows the area really well and helps people make their own decision. She spent the entire day with us (even bought us lunch), and showed us specific houses in each neighborhood. We had a baby with us and she let us take turns looking at houses even though that made her day longer. I highly recommend working with her.

My husband and I chose Joe to be our real estate broker after speaking to several realtors, for two reasons. Joe was knowledgeable about the homes and the community we were moving to, and he was not "pushy". He did not insist on his own lender or inspector, and we felt we had freedom to make our own decisions. Joe's greatest strength proved to be a very professional attitude under pressure. Faced with challenging sellers, we were ready to stop negotiations and we credit Joe's experience and composure for allowing us to close on our first house ($715K). Not only did Joe save the day, he continued to provide us with excellent advice and recommendations as we were navigating this complex process from out of state. We value Joes's integrity and honesty and we recommend Joe without reservations!
