Joseph is a fantastic agent. During the home search process he diligently stayed informed of new listings and had a great sense of which properties matched our preferences. It was easy to see Joseph's years of experience were highly advantageous. Through his network he was repeatedly able to obtain critical, timely information we would have otherwise had no access to. Furthermore, I always felt extremely confident in Joseph's knowledge of the LA market and his advice regarding pricing, resale, and, most importantly, the less-obvious critical details of each individual home.

Joseph Montemarano is a pro at what he does. He knows the Westside market like the back of his hand and goes out of his way to make sure his clients have all the necessary info on a property. He also doesn’t ever try to sell a property and gives very honest feedback, which I greatly value. He is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve dealt with other real estate agents but Joseph was honestly my favorite to work with.
