Josh carries a load of experience that is invaluable for a buyer or a seller. He helped us buy our dream home and also helped sell our house at a good price. He is a one stop individual to answer all your queries and resources. If you need a human resource to handle a repair a buyer has requested, Josh is quick to offer him/her. It takes two to tango and he has been patient in listening to our feedback, our concerns and factored them in striking a right balance to give us the satisfaction. Market behavior varies, owners and sellers have various sentiments on how they process offers. Some like a single FAT offer, some like an escalation clause, everyone likes a strong cash only offer, some like offers with zero inspections, some like little to no repairs requests...the perfect "as-is", they are all kinds and there is no "one size fits all" to measure a buyer or seller's temperament. Josh and us navigated through that all, learning in the process, and eventually landing where we needed to be. Bottom line, we helped each other to succeed. We primed our property to catch attention and sell fast and he brought his marketing magic to ensure it sold fast and at a good price. We spotted a property to purchase and moved fast, offered a great price hard to decline and we own it today. Great team work!

Josh deserves five stars in every area. He is an extremely competent real estate sales person. He communicated with me every step of the way and was very helpful in answering any questions/concerns I had. I reccommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. You always know he is doing everything possible for you to ensure a successful sale.

Josh is such a great guy, and he is very nice and professional; he was able to help us purchase our dream home. There were some issues during the process, but Josh was able to guide us through the process and helped us overcome all the challenges; he was always prepared and very professional, and I am thankful for having him as our realtor.

Josh took care of everything, it was a simple process and a lot less stressful than I anticipated. This is the first time I’ve sold a home and I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about anything. On a huge positive note we went from listening to an offer in five days!!!
