Josh was wonderful to work with and took so much stress out of the house buying process with his knowledge, advice, and responsiveness to our questions. We definitely will recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a house. Thank you, Josh!

This is the second time in less than two years I needed to sell a house and I knew immediately that I had to contact Josh based on my previous experience. He is really responsive and will make you feel like you are his only client. He knows how to price a house competitively because he absolutely has his finger on the pulse of the local market. Although my house sold very quickly this time (only three days on the market!) so I didn't need quite as much reassurance as before, he was great about making the entire process seamless, which was perfect for me being two states away in another time zone! He kept on top of everything, reminding me to get documents signed in advance of the closing. My only regret is that I have no more homes for him to sell, which is the reason I am writing this review. You won't find a better agent to get your home sold.

Josh left a lasting impression on me many years ago when i first met him as my old bank manager as he paid close attention to detail and was straight forward about the facts.. and he did it again as my neighbors landlord, he actually cared if his renters were happy. Then when i started my home buyin process i thought who is gonna care that im happy, get a good deal and is straight forward? Sooo glad i picked him! He couldnt of been a greater help. Told him what i wanted and needed, what would work and what wouldnt. 2 months of house huntin durin peak record settin house sales and Josh hit me up sayin i think we got a great one picked out, the next day we were here for a showing. Came to look and knew i wanted it immediately as it literally fit my needs perfectly. He was beyond helpful to my questions, concerns and mostly he treats u with respect and honesty. Hes not gonna make u feel pressured to buy this cuz he actually cares what u want. He was beyond helpful in my first time home buyin process. He wants u happy at the end of the day. Id pick him a million more times if i were to buy again or sell. Josh is the most interestin, helpful, funny, personable and honest realtor you need in ur corner!

Josh is very great person and realtor. He made sure I was okay every step of the way. He went above and beyond time and time again from house hunting until close. He was not only an amazing realtor, and all around great person. He was a voice , he stood up for me when things were not going right on other ends and kept me calm in trying moments. Night or day it didn’t matter he was there! I am forever grateful for Josh.

Josh is an amazing agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. He got me a showing on the same day I contacted him. As a first time home buyer, Josh helped me understand the process and walked me through everything. He definitely made it easy! I would absolutely recommend using Josh when you’re looking for your new home!
