This review is over a YEAR overdue— but I am still writing it because Geoffrey went ABOVE & BEYOND to help my fiancé and I purchase our first condo. From day one, he was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. As first time homebuyers, we we had 1 million and one questions that he helped answer for us throughout the process— he was very thorough in following through with us on everything. Not only was he willing to hop on late 7PM calls weekly for check-in’s due to my work schedule but he also set up a WhatsApp group so that we could stay in contact while I took a week-long trip out the country. He even helped us coordinate discussions with the sellers to get more credit back with the sale. Lastly, he made the experience special by serving all us and my parents celebratory wine & giving us sweet Nest as a gift before handing over the keys. We appreciated his help tremendously and hope to use his services again once we’re ready to move out of our starter home.

I sold 2 triplexes in November. I found Josh purely by chance online. I met him the same day. He had a buyer for me within 24 hours. My first big sale so I was impressed to say the least. Got asking price, cash and a 21 day escrow. Just like that it was done. I could not be happier. Josh you rock!

Geoffrey did an outstanding job finding us our first home. He showed enthusiasm and determination in showing us houses, putting in offers, and negotiating with the sellers. He helped us through the whole process and even got us great tips on renovations and first time homeowners advice. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kellie did an awesome job selling our condo in Fullerton. She is knowledgeable, knows the market and handled the little details as we went through the sales process. We live 2 hours from condo and she handled everything keeping us informed. We never had to visit condo after listing with Kellie. I would use her again for any future Orange County real estate transactions. Larry Pope

We have been wanting to thank Geoffrey for getting us to our little casita (home). We appreciate and thank him for his patience and understanding our needs. He was always a call, email or txt msg away. From day one he made my husband and I feel very confortable and less anxious about the home buying process. He took the time to memorize all of our names, even though they are a bit complicated and waited patiently for the English to Spanish translation for my husband. Even though it appears he worked around the Ontario area, he went above and beyond and made the long trip to Kern County which is where we found our lovely, happy and humble home. Can't ask for anything better we are all very happy to be here. We thank him for all his help, advise and support and wish him, his team and family the best life has to offer.
