Juli and Brett made it easy on us again. Again? Yes, this is the second home this dynamic duo have helped us buy a home. Every step of the way they kept us informed. They negotiated for us rather than taking an easy out. They really do love what they do and that's what makes them shine. Thanks!

Everybody has a friend or a family member who is a real estate agent, and in my case multiple people. So who do you pick? The choice is very simple for me and I will explain. Juli and Brett did years of work for me before I gave them any business. 1. Assessing taxes for me on a piece of agricultural property, and helping me dispute the county taxes 2. multiple years in showing me investment properties without me buying anything 3. taking my calls at all hours of the day with specific real estate questions. I felt guilty about having them do all this work without me paying them anything. But Juli always told me she loved what she did and when the right property came along it would all work out. Years later it did!! Now Juli and Brett have done 3 transactions for me in 3 years. Julie and Brett will be my peeps for life. Oh and by the way.....were friends too!

Juli & Brett are great to work with! When we were close to closing the buyer of our house failed to mention that they needed to sell their current house in order to get approved for financing. At that point we were afraid we would have to find a new buyer for our home. However, Juli & Brett were proactive and came up with a solution for our buyer when they ran into problems with selling their house. Their solution allowed us to close on our house with the original buyers in a timely manner. Juli & Brett were great at keeping us updated on everything throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.

We love Juli and Brett!! They have helped us purchase our last two homes. The first when we were moving to Utah from the East coast and now to find our forever home in Saratoga Springs. They always ensure everything goes smoothly and ensure that they are on top of things if you hit a snag. I trust them and their advice implicitly. Shopping for a home with them is like shopping with an old friend. They are happy to go as often as you like and give you honest feedback. For our last home we were undecided between two homes and Brett didn't even blink when we drove back and forth between the two to view again to decide. They also marketed our home so well to sell that it sold the first night!! We will never use anyone else to buy or sell our homes!!!
