Julia was wonderful to work with and found us our first home with quickness and ease. She was so helpful in teaching us everything we needed to know in buying our first home and was always willing to jump on a phone call if there was any confusion on our part. Her willingness to show us homes whenever we asked was so appreciated, along with always keeping an open line of communication with us. Working with Julia was the best decision we made in the homebuying process!

Julia gained our complete trust right away after we met her. She was very up front and honest about the problems with the home we were viewing. Being from Michigan, we had never heard of Kitec plumbing, and right away she told us about it and that the house did indeed have Kitec. Right away we felt that she was looking out for our best interests...not just interested in making another sale. We lived in Michigan our entire lives and were looking at houses in Sacramento during a 2 week visit. Julia was very responsive and able to meet with us every day we contacted her. She answered our texts and phone calls right away. Since we didn't have any contacts for a mortgage broker, inspectors, insurance agent, landscapers, etc, she was able to give us her contacts which worked out extremely well. She met with the inspectors and other workers since we were back in Michigan when all that was being done. She advocated for us during negotiations and was able to save us more money. Even after the house closed, she saw to it that the backyard landscaping was kept up and the house inside was clean so that it will looked good when we arrived after driving across the country. Julia Beals is a top notch realtor....we feel extremely fortunate to have had her handling all aspects of the negotiation for us. Thank you, Julia!
