When the loan process became complicated because of an existing challenge with the property, she hung in there and worked with us to get the necessary info to the Lender over a period of weeks which resulted in a closing and we could not be happier. Some realtors might have told us to try another property and pushed us in that direction... she did not although we considered it.

We found Julianne to be most helpful, professional and very approachable in our search for the right home in the Beaufort area. There was no question that was not answered and all appointments were set up with time to review each location with background on the neighborhood. We were from out of state and Julianne provide with us with various property researched data on all homes that we identified in our search preference, so that we could find the ideal home to purchase. Julianne patiently assisted me in locating my perfect home as I sold my own home out of state. She was diligent, professional and knew all of the ins and outs in purchasing a home in Beaufort County.
