We hired Julie over 2 years to sell my moms house. Unfortunately, mom has dementia and made the process difficult, to say the least. I can’t even remember how many offers Julie brought to us. Mom eventually went to assisted living. She agreed to sell the house. Julie continued to bring us offers, and had to deal with a possible probate, a lien on the house, a house that needed a lot of work. Julie worked tirelessly to deal with house issues - arranging cleaners, mold removal, termites, etc. Fortunately, the stars aligned, and we found a buyer who loved the home. Can’t say enough good things about this realtor who dealt with many personal issues. Julie will do everything she can to sell your house.

Julie Goodwin has been in this business for a long time and knows the industry like the back of her hand! Her personality is direct and too the point but also kind and understanding of your needs. Her down to earth personality and knowledge of what she does puts you at ease! I will always use her services and recommend her to anyone! I have customers that come into my shop and see her business card, and say "I know her, she is great and took care of us!"

There aren't enough positive things to say about Julie Goodwin! She is knowledgable, easy to communicate with and she listened to our needs and always followed through. I can't thank her enough for helping me go through purchasing a home for the first time. She helped me through all of the questions I had and was very thorough. Julie always made time to go over everything so I understood. I highly recommend Julie Goodwin to anyone who is purchasing a home for the first time or the 20th time!!

Julie is the best at what she does. I recommend her. Very helpful and honest, friendly, outgoing, awesome personality. She took the time to show the houses she thought we would like. She is very hard working and knows her job very well. We plan to use her again and again as needed and plan to recommend her to everyone we know who is looking to purchase a home or is looking to sell their home. She is a loving and caring individual who will go out of her way to help you and others. Very family oriented. She did not mind going back to show us a house that we have already been through. I can't Express how much my family and myself adore her. She has our respect. She has alot of experience in this field. She is honest, reliable and very helpful and attentive. She made me want to get in to real estate. I would love to follow in her footsteps. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent, she is your to go person. She will get the job done and then some.
