Thankful for the Frank May team and specifically to Frank, I connected with him 3 years ago by looking up certified Dave Ramsey real state agents. Meeting Frank has been a blessing all along. From buying my new home to selling as well the entire team was amazing. They gave my wife and I a personal and intentional service and informed us every step of the way. If you want peace of mind with the process of selling or buying a home I recommend the Frank May team one thousand percent.

Our house buying experience can be summarized in 3 words: well informed, smooth and easy. That is all because of Frank May , the best realtor in the valley. Prior to selecting Frank to represent us,I have interviewed other realtors and he was the nicest, the most honest and the most knowledgeable. We bought a newly constructed house under Taylor Morrison and Frank represented us every step of the way and worked with us for almost a year- from house tours, selecting the lot , house model , design center appointment and closing. He was really helpful and an expert to his field. He gave us very smart advices as we select the features of our dream home. He's up to date of the latest trends in the market- he made us understand the features of a home that can make it saleable just in case we choose to list it in the future. He advocated for us in the entire process and went extra miles to make sure that our builder will follow through what we have agreed upon. Taylor Morrison Garden Grove applauded him since he was very easy to work with. He helped us in all ways possible and communicated well with our builder . Despite being out of the country for the scheduled final walk he scheduled an appointment with us within our convenience ( we live 2 hrs away) and relayed everything we have discussed with the builder on the final walk. We are thankful for Dave Ramsey for endorsing him as a local provider for our house buying needs. Thank you Frank and more power to your team!

Frank May is the most professional, efficient, and trustworthy Realtor out there. He sold our home in a very timely manner, and got more for it than we thought we could. Once sold, he brought in professionals to complete the list given us after the house inspection. We didn't have to schedule anything! We only had one month to move out, and Frank worked right up to the last hours, to make our closing happen. You pray for a Realtor like Frank when you are from out of state and need someone you can trust throughout the entire process. Thank you Frank May!

Frank is an amazing realtor. He is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and easy to work with. He worked both selling and buying our homes in parallel and helped to negotiate great terms on both deals. Frank was always available to talk or meet, even with very little notice. He listens to what his clients have to say and offers great suggestions at all points in the process. We highly recommend Frank May to be your next realtor!

After working with another agent originally we really got to see the contrast in Frank’s professionalism and knowledge. He answered all our questions and was able to get us into our dream home!
