Grace went above and beyond helping my husband and I find the perfect home to raise our family in as well as selling our current home. She is very knowledgeable! Grace took the time to break things down explaining everything every step of the way making sure we were comfortable with our decisions throughout the whole process. Grace did a fantastic job helping me buy my first home. she was very understanding as to what i was looking for and certain amenities i wanted. very responsive to questions or concerns that i had and knew the answer to almost any questions i had. she made the first time home buying experience very smooth and simple, and she did a great job at working with the budget i had set. i would highly recommend that people have Grace represent them as their realtor when buying a home.

Julie was fantastic with helping us buy our first home. She was so knowledgeable and helped us know exactly what questions we needed to be asking as we looked at buying our house. She worked with us to come up with the most appealing offer and she submitted it the same night so we had the best chance to get the house. She even got us a sweet gift when we closed on the house. We would definitely recommend Julie to anyone who needs a realtor.

Grace was amazing to work with! Very responsive and patient with us. She kept us well informed and helped us feel comfortable to ask any questions along the way. She didn’t put any pressure on us. My husband and I enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her to anyone in search of a realtor!
