Julie Nims, founder and leader of Red Door property group, comes from a long and varied line of real estate expertise from her childhood experience, going through the buying and selling process with her parents seven times before finishing school at The College of William Mary (Go Tribe!), to her work in real property tax lien investment, her time spent working closely with housing programs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and her years working in real estate sales. Julie did an amazing job selling our house. She came fully prepared for our initial meeting and was completely honest with us regarding what we needed to do get our house sold. We had tried for months with other realtors and the experience we had was horrible. With Julie, everything was much easier. She staged our house beautifully and the photos were awesome. She responded very quickly anytime we reached out with questions or concerns. We highly recommend Julie and her team. We can't say enough good things about her and the work she did for us. She helped make our dream come true.

First-time home buyers, here! Although I had purchased a condo before, I was nervous about the home-buying process since there are so many more things to consider. Julie was there for us every step of the way with incredible response time, well-informed suggestions, and a truly thoughtful and lovely demeanor to boot. The home we ended up purchasing had incredibly tight turnaround requirements... After our first viewing, we learned that the sellers wanted all offers submitted by 6pm that day (!!). We wanted to be competitive with the offer, so Julie took the time to sit down with us and go through everything. She got last-minute comps/specs, & wasn’t rattled by the sudden & unexpected time crunch. That evening, we had to attend a friend’s birthday party; luckily we didn’t miss a beat, as Julie did the work for us! She sent us all that we needed to review & sign via DocuSign & called us immediately with the good news! Since Julie has been a Charleston realtor for a while, she has all the connections and recommendations a buyer could possibly need! For our home, an inspection was required pretty immediately, and she knew just the person to call. In fact, every contractor she has recommended has been incredibly professional and efficient. During negotiations, Julie was always available to take a call and answer whatever last minute questions/concerns we had. The entire process was seamless through & through. After working with her, there is truly no one else I would recommend. I have since hired her to sell my condo, which sold above asking price it’s 3rd day on the market! This was all due to her thoughtful guidance, listing description, and professional photographer. 10/10 would recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy/sell! — THANK YOU JULIE, for making what could have been such a stressful process go so seamlessly!
