I would like to publicly thank Justin for his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I struggled to find a realtor who was well versed in the sale of estate properties when my mother passed. He was more than patient and knowledgeable. He was very considerate of the fact that it was a very difficult task for me. He even helped me find an affordable, knowledgeable, kind, and responsive attorney to assist me with the probate paperwork. I highly, highly recommend Justin to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

Justin was the second agent who had the listing. He was the opposite of the first one: much more strategic about how to sell the house, far better marketing, and kept me up to date on activity and developments with the house. He also went above and beyond, helping with things at the house on my behalf to save we the 3 hour round trip. That is true value-added in my book! Also, Justin is fun to work with. Great attitude and sense of humor!

Justin treated us like we were his only clients. He was quick to answer all our questions, negotiated as if he was trying to buy the home for himself; most real estate agents in this competitive market just want to close the sale, he wanted to make sure we did not overpay. He really went above and beyond his real estate duties in helping us find contractors for upgrades and even meeting them when we could not be there. A+ and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
