Meghan did an outstanding job helping us navigate this insane housing market! We are so thankful she was by our side for the purchase of our new home. Meghan has sold two houses for me, the first for mein 2008 and the second with my siblings. She sold my first house, a two family, in a down market with over 200 other two family houses available in the Lowell area during the mortgage crisis. She took time with me, finding out what I needed from the sale and gave me good feedback. It was under agreement in two days after some negotiations and then some further negotiations after the home inspection. She stayed with me and guided me knowledgeably through the process. I kept her name because the family home would eventually need to be sold. And almost 15 years later, it was this year. It was not an easy entry to market with the courts backed up for estates and getting authority to sell just in time. First, this house was one of a kind with special problems in addition to getting the authority to sell. Meghan took them all in stride, guiding us siblings through the process. She counseled us on the condition of the house, its uniqueness in the market, and an appropriate selling price which was less than we wanted to hear; however, she was correct after the results of the open house. It did sell for the asking price and we did not have to carry it through the winter. Meghan is a knowledgeable, market wise realtor. I would recommend her to anyone

Meghan is a constant professional! I’ve known Meghan for years and she has always been responsible, on time and an excellent communicator! She takes the time to listen to your requirements so she can support you in the most efficient and effective way possible; all while making you the most money on the sale of your home. Her team is amazing and SO accommodating. They all worked around my schedule and were amazing and professional on every interaction.
