After interviewing several agents that specialize in the Andover area, I chose Eric to help me purchase a home. I chose Eric because he was not pushy, yet was responsive and provided me with the information that I needed, especially considering that I was searching for a house from out of state. Once I found a house, Eric was helpful in determining an appropriate offer price and after 1 counter offer we were able to secure the property. As a first time home buyer Eric's team was able recommend a lender, lawyer and inspector and the closing team did a good job of staying on top of the paperwork. We could have actually closed early if I had not been out of state and available to sign the documents. Overall it was great experience I would recommend Eric for any future real-estate transactions.

Eric was a pleasure to work with during my buying process. He's unbelievably responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make any decisions. It's important to think rationally and not let emotions impact long-term outcomes, and Eric always suggested I sleep on major decisions when time was on our side. In hindsight, it was crucial in ultimately finding my condo. Eric will be the first person I contact when I eventually buy/sell another property in the greater Boston area.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the support Eric and his team provided us with the sale of our home. He was up front and professional throughout the process. His advice was honest and thoughtful....his team , the same. From the initial meetings, through “comp” evaluations and ultimately with the listing and showing.....he provided experienced council and market knowledge. I believe he helped us maximize the value we ultimately received on our home. We very much appreciated the value added extras his entire staff provided. Use of their moving truck was incredibly convenient and helpful. The drone videos made a huge difference in the marketing of our home. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Eric was very professional and helpful during our home search. This was our first home buying process and Eric showed great patience with us. Once we found the condo we really wanted, we were prepared to offer 30k+ over asking. Once Eric took a look at the "comp's", he strongly advised us to lower our offer price. We did offer less than what we originally were going to and still got the condo. This is something we really appreciate because realtors typically have a reputation for coming off as salesy and not looking out for the customers best interest. Eric 100% had our best interest in mind as well as educating us throughout this journey. When it comes time to sell or buy in the future, we will be working with Eric. This buying process was a stressful time but an exciting time. And it's nice to say that we have built a strong relationship with Eric. John
