Kal and her team are fantastic! I really appreciated her honest feedback and advice; I found her to be both very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. She and her team at KW got my house on the market fast, and within a week of listing it we had an offer over our asking price. The Kal Johal Real Estate Team was an integral part in buying our new home. Gary, our buyer’s agent, was supportive and knew when to push the seller for concessions. Gary even had ideas that myself, as an experienced buyer, had not considered. We got the home below market price and with plenty of cash at closing. Lastly, Gary was a great resource for local tradesmen to personalize our home!

Kal is everything you want in a listing agent. Kal helped us list our house and provided a comprehensive report with local current market conditions, set realistic expectations, and developed a strategy to sell. She only had 17 days to get our house into contract and she more than delivered. We received two outstanding offers on our house within the first three days of listing. Kal helped us weigh the pros and cons of each offer and advocated for our best interests and negotiated to get over asking price. She communicated with us regularly and made sure we had all the information to make informed decisions. When our buyer had a heath issue that put the sale in jeopardy, Kal worked closely with the buyer’s team to complete the sale. We really can’t say enough good things about Kal.
