We worked with Jay to buy our new home and we couldn’t be happier. Prior to meeting Jay, we had been looking for a home for about a year and a half. When we met with him, we expressed concern that it may take us awhile to find something we like and we didn’t want to waste his time. He was incredibly understanding and said not to worry. He would help us for as long as it took. It was only a couple of weeks later that we found our new house. Jay helped us place an offer on it and negotiate a lower selling price. He made sure we understood every step of the process and answered all of our questions. Once we were in contract, he provided contact information for painting and coordinated pest and home inspections. Jay even reached out to the contractor that installed the solar panels to get us all the information we needed. He made sure the property was exactly as promised when we did the final walk through and continued to check in with us even after it closed. We say that Jay was our good luck charm because we had been searching for so long until we started working with him. Jay is amazing to work with. Kal sold our home for us in Browns Valley. She was smart, professional and organized. She communicated with us daily by phone, text or email. She is the best. We will be using Kal again on a sale of another property. She is the person for the job.

I got asking price in a week. Her whole team makes everything easy inconvenient throughout the whole process. Everything was way beyond my expectations and I would definitely hire Kal again to list other homes of mine in the future. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I was especially impressed with her photography and advertisement of the listing. I felt that that really helped out with getting an offer so quick.

Kal and her team was amazing. We live out of state and she handled everything. She recommended all the right people and the first person that looked at the house made a full price offer. What more could I ask for. Highly recommended.
