Karen was our agent when I was looking for a home in 2019. My wife and I were actually planning on working with another agent before Karen, but as it was very expected, that agent took the standard "pushy" and aggressive approach that stereotype so many in real estate. Karen was the exact opposite of this, yet was incredibly firm and only kept her clients as the priority. Because of this, we easily decided to work with Karen. Karen took us to many homes and always found options. During this process, Karen made everything easy and was always there for us, whenever we needed anything. We actually really enjoyed being around our agent and looked forward to not just looking at the latest house option, but that Karen was going to be with us. You really can't say that about many real estate agents. In late summer of 2019, we finally closed on the house that was perfect for us. I do not believe we could have found our home without Karen and her persistence. My wife and I couldn't recommend Karen enough for all of your home buying or home selling needs!

In looking to purchase a home while we lived out of state we found Karen to be very proficient in finding and negotiating exactly what we hoped to find in a second home. We looked at over 20 homes during the course of about 6 months. While on our search we discovered Karen's knowledge of various areas as well as her meticulous eye for the details in purchasing the homes we were interested in. Somehow she managed to keep us in unison on our decisions despite the fact that my husband and I had differing values of certain aspects of a property! She has a way of seeing the big picture without disregarding the factors that make up such a major decision.... which landed us a wonderful home that had the features both my husband and I wanted. We would highly recommend Karen because she was always joyfully attentive to our needs and requests. Her response time was immediate. She was also efficient and instrumental in connecting us with service professionals in the area. We will definitely work with her again should we need real estate services.
