Warren made buying our new home simple and stress free. After selling our home, we didn't have a lot of time to find our next property. Warren jumped right into helping us find the perfect home in the perfect location. Warren was able to help us identify plenty of listings that fit all of our needs within our budget and took us to as many showings as we wanted. We fell in love with one home pretty quickly and Warren jumped in to negotiate with the seller's right away. After a short negotiation the sellers accepted and we were able to move forward with the sale. Warren really fought to get our offer accepted and we are so grateful for how easy he made the whole experience for us. From the showings, to settlement, we didn't have to worry about much throughout the process. I would recommend Warren to anyone looking to buy or sell property! We were lucky to work with him.

We met Warren at an open house before listing our own property and were blown away by his knowledge and drive. Before listing our home, Warren came to view the house and gave us some simple ideas to help set our house apart from others on the market and maximize our potential asking price. We followed each of Warren's suggestions and were amazed by how much of a difference it made. When we listed our home, we received a few offers right away and accepted a great offer above listing price the day after listing our home. Warren made sure the entire process was smooth for us and was always there to answer questions and give us advice. This guy knows what he is talking about! We put our trust in Warren and it really paid off. Selling your home can be stressful but for us it was simple and stress free because of Warren.
