Karen was amazing! She was kind! She always answered all of our questions and returned our calls in a timely manner. The best part was as soon as we put our house on the market it was a Friday! And was sold 72 hours later. She helped us out so much! We did things she asked us to do which was a huge help! I would recommend Karen! ??

We have known Karen as our realtor for the past 4 years now. Our home search was very difficult as we went through the ups and downs of the market. But Karen was absolutely amazing to us, she kept us motivated in our home search and knew just what was best for us! We truly couldn’t have found our dream home without her. I needed to sell an old house in a historic district located in a remote small town. Karen marketed the house with energy and enthusiasm. She held several open houses in addition to individual showings. She kept me informed throughout the process, explaining each step to me, a seller who hadn't sold a house in 29 years. She answered every question I had promptly and completely. I got the impression that she interacted with potential buyers with the same enthusiasm that she showed to me. Karen found a qualified buyer within 10 days of the listing. Karen made a process that was difficult and emotional into a pleasant experience. I felt as if I were the only client that Karen had, such was the care with which she handled the sale. I recommend Karen without reservation.

This was our first time buying a house and Karen guided us through the home buying process very well. She offered up a range of options within our budget and stuck with us as new houses came onto the market. When we found the house that we wanted to make an offer on, she offered us advice on how to approach the negotiation, given that this was our first time in this situation. She conducted a virtual walk-through for us over video chat (we were in California, she in New York). And later that year, when we moved into the house, she was there to take us through the acceptance walkthrough and welcome us to our new home.
