We recently used Karin to sell our home in Pueblo and she literally saved us $15,000. I had originally reached out to a different realtor that undervalued our home and I did some more research and found Karin. She agreed with my price point and we sold the house in a day. Trust me, call her.

Karin is an OUTSTANDING Realtor! She was more than helpful and went above and beyond and even after closing on my house a year ago she still reaches out giving me advice on how to improved and or protect my house and wishing Happy Holidays and even remembered to remind me on what information from my house closing to bring for my taxes and even provided me a copy of what I need to bring to get my taxes done. Every phone call I sent out she either answered immediately or responded immediately via text to let me know she was on another job and after she was done, she called me back. She answered all of my questions and if she didn’t have the answer to one of my questions at the time, she investigated and provided me with an answer promptly. She always provided me with copies of important documents when I asked and even when I didn’t ask. She provided me my own folder with all the houses I looked at and our put offers in on. I really can go on and on. Very Professional and Polite. Great Work! Great Realtor! Great Person!

Karin was our realtor when we purchased our first home. She was very knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. Even with few houses on the market, she went above and beyond to find us the perfect house. When there were problems along the way that were out of our control, she found a way to get past them and here we are sitting in our beautiful house. I cannot recommend Karin enough.
