We had lived in our home in Wayland for over 30 years and were very uncertain about the process of selling it. We met with several realtors before we found Karin, and boy are we glad we did. In a matter of weeks, she helped us pack up, prepare the house for market, list it, show it and it sold in less than 3 days for a price comfortably over asking and more than we expected. In doing her research, Karin really got to know the neighborhood as well as some of the neighbors, which enabled her to effectively target the market to price the home and find the perfect buyers. We were so pleased with her capability and willingness to oversee the closing process that we were able to leave most of the tasks in her hands so that we could move out of state into our new home shortly after the bid was accepted. We are extremely satisfied with Karin, and would highly recommend her.

We feel so very fortunate to have worked with Karin to sell our former home and purchase our new house. When we look back on everything that transpired, we are so very pleased to have had her guidance along the way. We had a complex situation that required a home-sale contingency, concurrent closings on both homes and a few hurdles that popped-up along the way. Karin help negotiate and guide us through the process every step of the way. We fell very lucky to have had Karin in our corner as we navigated the closing process in these unprecedented times. Her advice and expertise was invaluable and when we think back on everything, we feel as though if we had worked with a different realtor, we may not be in our new home that is just perfect for our family.

Karin worked with us for a few years once we decided it was time to downsize. She connected us with a stager to prepare our house. Both she and the stager loaned us several items to use in staging, which we very much appreciated. When we first considered selling we were looking to rent, and Karen tirelessly found properties for us to consider and took us to those we wanted to see. When we decided to buy instead, Karin seamlessly shifted gears and took us to see many properties in our price range. She was ALWAYS available, and there were times when we called her a LOT. She was ALWAYS professional and friendly and kept us sane and emotionally comforted when things got difficult! We loved working with Karin and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She treated us as if we were family members and we felt very well cared for with her expertise and experience.
