As a newly married couple and first-time homebuyers, we were absolutely in the best hands with Donna and could not imagine working with anyone else. It is hard to believe we are now writing this testimonial from the couch in our beautiful new home, and it is all thanks to her tireless efforts and expertise. We met Donna while at an open house and quickly knew we had to work with her. She was straightforward and honest, but also so funny and warm. Donna soon felt like a part of our family. She truly looked out for us and wanted the best for us. Donna has decades of experience under her belt and it shows. She went above and beyond to help us find our home, and in such a difficult market no less. We went to countless open houses over dozens of weekends, and Donna was always right there beside us. There was even one afternoon we spent driving around town together, and she showed us all the neighborhoods and streets to keep an eye on. She knows the area very well, has lived and worked here for 30+ years, and has incredible insight to share. Donna helped to educate us not only about the area, but the entire home buying process. We would have been lost without her and cannot recommend her enough.

Donna was a wonderful agent. She was very knowledgeable about the buying process and how to move through it without missing any detail. She also worked well with the sellers agent to get us all information we needed. The whole process around very smoothly because of that. We would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

We used Marsha to buy our home 6 years ago, and she helped us to recently sell. Her knowledge and expertise helped guide us along every step of the way. She knew exactly what house would be perfect for us - which it was. She also helped us to ready the house to sell, allowing us to get a top dollar offer. She is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods which is a huge plus. We would definitely recommend using Marsha to buy or sell in the MetroWest area!

We've known Marsha for 24 years because she was the realtor who originally sold us our house! When initially met her at another open house and seemed to connect. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us a few homes and then ultimately the one we purchased. She was enthusiastic, efficient and even though she was the seller's realtor she was fair and honest. Fast forward 24 years, we approached Marsha Marks to sell our house. Our initial experience with her was not forgotten and we knew she would look out for our best interests. She immediately did a comparative market analysis to then allow us to set our listing price. She had many contacts if repairs were needed and was always willing to be at our house to meet a workman/inspector if we couldn't be there-which happened often since we were on the west coast. She staged the house so that it looked it's best. I would definitely recommend Marsha Marks as a seller or buyer realtor-we've known in both roles and have found her to be sincere, honest and very hard working.
