Kasey was very knowledgeable and personable. She was responsive to our questions and concerns. We met her by accident while driving around looking at homes. She took the time to meet us later(she had a client with her at the time) and show us some possible homes in the area. She took plenty of time to help us even though we did not have an appointment.

Kasey even came on a Sunday to open the house for my mother to see it while she was in the area. She also patiently waited while I measured rooms. Kasey looked up the deminsions of beds while I was measuring one bedroom.

Personable, very direct, enthusiastic, responds quickly. Kasey clearly knows her stuff & was a pleasure to do business with. It was upsetting that we had to keep lowering the price. However, it was realistic given the market, time of year (late fall through early winter) & our own sense of urgency to sell & conclude this sale - in part because we moved 3000 miles away & feared deterioration of the home as well as continuing maintenance costs. At the last price change, there were two bids! & Kasey immediately suggested a bid war to be concluded within 24 hours! It was very successful & led to a more reasonable price than the asking. Bravo Kasey!

She worked tirelessly to sell first my home and then the adjoining property. She was very professional, and always available for me to talk to. She even told me something that I did not necessarily want to hear but that enabled me to sell my home as quickly and painlessly as possible.
