Kate and her team are THE BEST! When we first met Kate, we warned her that we are picky buyers and that this would likely be a lengthy process. She rose to the challenge and stuck with us as we looked at many different houses in different areas. She made the process fun and always maintained a positive outlook that we would find the perfect house, which we did! When the deal seemed to be in jeopardy, Kate was at her very best! She pushed back as necessary to enforce the contract and ensure that the deal went through while making sure that we remained positive. Making sure that we got the house that we loved, became Kate’s personal motivation and she conducted the difficult negotiations with the utmost integrity and honesty. Kate also guided us in selling our home of over 20 years. She shared with us what improvements and decluttering would yield the most benefit and she helped us find the right resources to perform the work. Kate helped us price the house competitively and we received multiple offers and were under contract above asking price after the first weekend!!! We cannot say enough positive things about Kate and her team. Hayman Property group is there to help every step of the way. Thank you Kate - you are the best!

Kate helped me buy my first home over 10 years ago, and when it came time to sell recently, I knew exactly who to call. She is a trustworthy professional with decades of experience, dedicated to her clients, and knows the market like you wouldn’t believe! Together with her team she made a potentially complicated and stressful situation an absolute breeze. I literally asked her “Is it supposed to be this easy?” She sold my house in 2 days and hit a sales record in my neighborhood! I will happily continue to highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she is the best!

Stacy was great! She helped us with the timing of selling our house and priced it perfectly. She worked very closely and communicated very well with us and our realtor in the area we were moving to. When it was time for us to list our house Stacy was on vacation and still didn't miss a beat and helped us sell our house in 2 days!! Would definitely recommend!

Kathryn was very knowledgeable, hard working and responsive. The house hunting process was long for us to find our perfect home and Kathryn was patient, creative and thought outside the box which we really appreciated. Kathryn was able to walk us through the home buying process and explain each step. Additionally when selling our house she went above and behind to guide us through preparing the home to show, and reviewing the many offers that came in. We would not hesitate to recommend her, or anyone on the team, to anyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Kate on finding myself a home. From the first time we talked I knew she was the one I wanted in my corner. Throughout the entire process she demonstrated her expertise in the field. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and quite personable. Her negotiation skills were top class, and she was able to help secure a great deal on the home I have decided to call my own. I have already personally recommended her to a couple of my friends and colleagues, and will be sure to call her one day in the future if/when I believe the time is right.
