She was absolutely wonderful to work with - great communicator, very knowledgeable of all aspects of the process (even how to handle the hurdles that come us), and knows the market! Working with Kathy far exceeded our expectations. She is truly a professional to the highest degree in her industry and she has a superior marketing strategy - very different from your typical realtor. We asked her to review our house before it was ready to sell. She made suggestions about things that would make it more desirable to buyers and we followed her suggestions. Her expertise on establishing a price was truly appreciated and we went with what she suggested. Actually the listed price she was beyond what we thought was possible. The listing was posted at 7:30am on a Friday with Christmas the upcoming Monday. By 9:30am we received notice of the first buyer's scheduled to look at the house. And the notifications for scheduled showings just kept rolling in. The day after Christmas (Tuesday) we accepted an offer above the listed price. And in the meantime there were other showings planned for after Tuesday by even more buyers ! The buyer activity Kathy generated was crazy. She kept us fully informed every step of the way all the way through closing. If you're selling a house or buying one - you HAVE TO work with Kathy. She has a marketing background and is a step beyond her peers with her strategy. Yes she has an actual strategy she will tell you about in person if you're a seller. I sell manufacturing machines for a living and trust me - she is the real deal and you'll wish you had other business you could do with her after your transaction has completed. If you're not working with Kathy, you're not working with the best. I guarantee if you're buying or selling, when the dust settles - you'll be smiling and happy you worked with her !
