Katie was amazing we were under alot of stress as we try to figure out this retirement thing. She pulled us through so much. Who knows this may end up our forever home now. Can't thank the whole office enough.

Even as complicated as our home selling and buying process was, Katie managed to make it seamless and as smooth as possible. Any questions and worries we had, she answered. Katie showed extreme patience and made sure our house sold and our home we were purchasing, simultaneously and closing was done on time. I’d highly recommend her and next time we are in the market to sell or purchase a home again, she will be the first person I call. Thanks again Katie!

Katie and Diane were extremely helpful during our search for a home to fit our needs. They researched the the market to find properties that fit our needs, and helped us filter out those that did not. They were patient with us and spent several days visiting potential properties. They also kept us up to date on the process once we chose a property, and acted as our advocate with with seller's agent. The also intervened with our lender when the process was becoming overly complicated, and solved problems that should not have existed on our purchase. I would definitely recommend Katie and Diane if you are looking to purchase a home in the Fernley area.

I have worked with both Katie and Diane many times and absolutely love both of them. "No" is not a word that is in their vocabulary. They work endlessly to make their clients dreams come true. They love people and love helping people achieve their goals. They are fun, hard working, and down to earth. I would give them 100 star rating if I could.

Great agents they were a great help in both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. They stayed on top of the issues and made sure everything happen when it was suppose to. Made the whole process understandable and smoothly
