Easy process. Recommended a good inspector and closing attorney. Considered details that didn't occur to me. Friendly and answered all questions. It did help that I had a property in mind already, but I was sent others that fit my profile. I would recommend her.

Selling your home and moving is difficult for everyone, and doing so after nearly two decades in one place is a LOT. After launching my kids over the years from a three-bedroom condo, I had more space than I needed and with great trepidation I decided to put my home on the market. I was very overwhelmed by how to time selling with seeking and buying a new home, but I found a fabulous, highly knowledgeable and seasoned realtor who made a very stressful and rigorous process nearly painless! Kathy Craig of ERA Key Realtors in Whitinsville, MA answered my phone inquiry within a few hours of my call and met with me the next day. Kathy understood my concerns and was very calm and reassuring throughout the process. Knowing I would not be comfortable selling without knowing where I would land, she showed me condos that aligned with my wish list, and we quickly found “the one”. In parallel she assessed my home, had it staged and professionally photographed, listed it and advertised it on the internet. She and her awesome assistant, Kristen, put together beautiful sales collateral and five showings were scheduled as soon as the listing went live! My condo sold that first day on the market to the first person who visited it! Kathy also provided great recommendations for a real estate attorney and moving company, and advised me whenever I had questions in the short weeks before my closing. I highly recommend Kathy Craig as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent!

Kathy went above and beyond for us. As first time homebuyers we were nervous and had a million questions. She guided us though the process with patience, and responsiveness. She’s a fantastic person to work with.
