I contacted Kathleen months prior to my listing and she gave me advice on what to do and what not to bother with to prepare the home for sale. I changed out what she said and did what she suggested and we had a cash offer within 24 hours of listing and a signed contract in 2 days. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would chose her as my realtor over anyone else.

Kathleen is wonderful, a true professional. We met her at an open house and immediately knew we wanted to work with her. She explained everything going on in the market and really helped us focus on what was important for us at this stage of our lives. After showing us many homes we found our dream home, with each step Kathleen went our of her way to make the process go smoothly, working round the clock, she handled everything from the showings, negotiating a very fair price, inspections, reinspections, right through to sitting next to us at the closing. Kathleen DiMinico is an outstanding professional. Not only is she an expert in her field, Kathleen is available for information or moral support at any time of the day or night. Kathleen is clearly someone who loves what she does and anyone who is lucky enough to have her as a broker will love working with her. Also, Kathleen's help does not stop when the closing papers are signed. Even after, Kathleen is there for her clients. For example, the first time we went into our new house, we noticed that the sellers' movers had damaged the floor.
