Kathlene Bell is an absolute pleasure to work with. This is the third time that a member of our family has purchased a home through Kathlene and every time has gone great! I’ve always heard great things about Kathlene, but you really don’t know how great she is until you’re working with her. This woman literally had half of her body hanging out of multiple windows (on a rainy day) to help clear the filth out of the weep holes. We can’t thank you enough for all you have done. You have a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody. Seriously, thank you. ??

Kathlene and her team are awesome. Our journey looking for a new house started over a year ago, but due to our specific wants and needs took longer than anticipated to find the right house. Kathlene worked tirelessly during that time to help us find the right house. She then gave us advice on how to properly get our house staged and ready for sale. We received five offers all at or above asking price and we were under contract in less than three days. This proves Kathlene knows what she is talking about and gave us the correct advice. I wholeheartedly recommend using Kathlene as an agent to everyone looking to buy or sell a house. She is professional, timely, and has the necessary connections to help with all transactions. If I was able to give Kathlene more than 5 stars, I would. She was helpful in every aspect of the home buying process. From beginning to end she was always involved in helping us make the best decision possible. As a first time home buyer, she would break down every detail and answer any question you asked making it so you knew exactly what was happening and understood the process fully. She was never afraid to look all around the house, checking to make sure you were making the right decision. Her honesty and opinions when house hunting let you know that she had your best interest in mind. Lastly, she has to most upbeat/ fun personality you could ask for in a realtor. She made the entire process so fun and exciting. I cannot say enough good things about Kathlene. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!
