Outstanding service through the entire process. She helped sale our current home and buy new home. Her bidding strategy on new home won us the bid. Kathy is absolutely the best out there! I was a first time home buyer and slightly neurotic about what I wanted. She was so patient and kind and great at explaining every step of the process! She made what could have been a stressful experience fun and exciting! I am SO grateful for her help!

Our house required SERIOUS work before it could be placed on the market. Kathy went WELL above and beyond to ensure that every item was addressed and that all replacements were top-notch. She even recommended contractors with whom she had worked so that we knew we were getting quality work. Kathy kept in contact with us the entire time the house was being updated and also after it was put on the market. I have no doubt that if not for Kathy's dedication and customer service, we would still be waiting AND waiting to sell the house. I HIGHLY recommend Kathy Bromwell.

We had started out with an agent that advertised in our area for years, but the agent was distant and not responsive to our calls and questions. Kathy was very responsive and personable, made you feel like you have known her for years. We were very impressed with her knowledge and how she explained everything to us.
