Kathy was representing the Seller in our transaction, as we were the Buyers. We were also first time home buyers and had TONS of questions. Kathy answered all of them with patience and kindness. She even answered our parents' questions as well... We had to look through the house 3 times before putting an offer in and they were such spur of the moment look throughs but she was able to accommodate us and do it with patience and kindness. She was never pushy towards us to put an offer in... I can't stress enough how kind she was with us. She even sent us helpful telephone numbers for setting up our utilities and other various services. She even gave us the CUTEST gift after closing as a congratulations. I would recommend her in a heart beat! I have a friend who is currently looking and has been through walk throughs with a different realtor from the area and said her experience with the other realtor has been unpleasing. I recommended Kathy to her as well. Thank you so much for everything, Kathy!

Kathy is the perfect example of who you dream of finding to sell your aging parents' home. She is extremely knowledgeable of current real estate trends. She showed such understanding to my mother when she was facing having to sell my parents' home of 50 years by herself. She was quick to respond to any requests we made, even when she was out of the state!!! When my father passed away the same week my parents were moving out of their home, Kathy was quick to off her condolences and reschedule our appointment with her to a suitable day after the funeral. When it went on the market, she kept both me and my mother completely informed of any changes. The best part was that she told us the home would sell in a reasonable amount of time; and our 100+ year old home sold within a month of listing, far sooner than our family could have ever dreamed. At the closing, we had the most enjoyable time with Kathy, the title company and the new owner. But the best part was the amazement my mother had at holding a check for exactly what Kathy had told my mother to potentially expect from the sale of the home at our first meeting with her. Kathy helped make the sale of our home after the loss of my father so stress-free for our family, that we would highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell their real estate, as she is honest, reliable, and sensitive to any needs or concerns a potential seller may have. We were looking for a realtor who was personable and would be able to work with our schedule as we had to commute and deal with a newborn. Kathy was that person, she is very accommodating and willing to make things work with her clients. She wants to get to know you and what you are truly looking for in a home and does the best she can to match you with available listings. Kathy communicated by phone and email very quickly and has answered all of our questions. It's the little things like sending out lists for utilities to call or available daycare in the area or good places to eat. We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend future buyers and sellers consider contacting Kathy Hammer of Hammer Realty.

Does a great job showing homes and finding houses that met my needs. Was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Did a good job on informing me of the regulations and laws that were needed to be followed.
