Drove almost a 1,000 miles from Minnesota/Wisconsin to check out Kentucky as a potential relocation destination. Kathy had been under the weather, but bounced back quickly to setup walk-throughs for us, and guide us through the mountain regions to the homes. She was never pushy, generous with her time, and so welcoming. We did not make a purchase decision on this first trip down, but when we return again to purchase soon, Kathy is our gal. Amazing professional, down to earth, and a real go getter in lining up walk throughs on such a short visit to the area. Highly recommend!! Scott & Susie
