We told Kathy what we wanted. We found a home and loved it! We were going to make an offer and Kathy gave us excellent advice. We put our offer in quickly and within 72 hours our office was accepted! Kathy helped us get settled in and helped us sell our home within a month! She's amazing!!

Excellent lady to work with...selling our home. In the 30 minutes talking with her, we learned things that 'other' realtor's (or title company) should have explained better to us. Very knowledgeable in her job - we would highly recommend Kathy to buy or sell from her - she cares about her clients. Our home was on the market within an hour after signing the papers!

Excellent Realtor. Very knowledgeable, timely, and goes out of her way to help. She was also extremely patient and was able to answer all of the questions I had (and there was a lot). Would HIGHLY reccommend!

I recently purchased my first home here in Clovis. Kathy was instrumental in helping me find the right place, negotiating the right price, and keeping me going in the right direction all through the underwriting process until we had closed. I will go back to Kathy every time I need a real estate agent. She is utmost professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything that goes on with purchasing a home.
