Absolutely fantastic. Kate is extremely professional, very well organized. She coordinated a closing in an amazingly short period of time (31 days). She worked to make sure everything was as seamless as possible, from the title company to the inspection. She went above and beyond when there was an issue with the initial appraisal. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity to work with Kate.

We have been clients of Kate's since 2018. She has worked with us through purchase and sale of our single family home and the purchase of a condominium. Kate is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market, professional, and incredibly diligent and hard-working. Kate is GREAT! I've used her for a few transactions over the past few years both buying & selling. Very professional. Used others in the past and never quite the same comfort level as with Kate. She even listed a property for me while she was on vacation. Sorry Kate :-)

Professionalism at it's finest! After working for over 6 months with other realtors, I was about to give up on my Property search and settle for a rental...
