They made the experience a lot of fun eliminated the stress and got us more money then we expected. They were very professional, knowledgeable of the local market and have contacts through out the southeast. We interviewed several real estate representatives but chose Kay and Roger due to their presentation and recorder of successful sales. They kept us updated throughout the sale process and guided us to the right buyer.

Wonderful experience working with Kay and her husband Roger. They live and work in the locale we were interested in so not only did we rely on their expertise house hunting they also were a wealth of local info. Home selling, buying, and moving can be very stressful so we really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they both were. Enjoyed working with them both. Thank you, Kay!

Kay helped us buy a beautiful home at a good deal despite the crazy housing market. She was on top of each new listing and would typically contact us within an hour or so of a likely prospect appearing on the market, even on the weekends. Once we got the offer in and accepted she made the closing process easy by keeping us updated on what needed to happen next. We are very happy with our home, and grateful to Kay for her help

Kay and her husband Roger are just the best! We found Kay online as we needed a Winchester Real Estate agent. After one phone call I knew she was the right fit for us. We could not have been happier with how they represented and advised us through the purchase of our Winchester lake house.
